Delivery:

All orders received before 12:00 noon EST will be shipped same day from New Jersey.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or outside of the United States.

Claims:

All claims for damage and/or defects must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please send all claims to sales@fivestarnapkins.com with your order number in the subject line.

Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.

Exchanges may be accepted with prior approval. Please email your exchange request to sales@fivestarnapkins.com with your order number in the subject line. All exchanges must have an RA number. Do not return items without prior approval or an RA. Items returned without this information cannot be properly processed, credited and/or exchanged. To be eligible for exchange, items must be sealed in the original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Five Star Napkins Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on any website that is owned and operated by Five Star Napkins Inc.. Five Star Napkins Inc. may collect information from our users at several different points on our websites.

Registration

In order to use one of the above websites, a user may first be required to complete a registration form. During registration a user may be required to give contact information (such as name and email address). Five Star Napkins Inc. Profile
